Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service and ensure availability for all my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Cancellation Notice
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
2. Late Cancellations
• Fee for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposits for the service.
3. No-Show Policy
• No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposits for the service and if no deposit was paid clients will be charged 30% of their service amount.
• Repeat No-Shows: After two no-shows, clients may be required to pay the service in full when booking future appointments or may be unable to book future appointments.
4. Rescheduling Policy
• One-Time Courtesy Reschedule: Clients are allowed one reschedule without penalty, provided it is done with at least 24 hours’ notice. Subsequent rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Late Arrivals
• Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this period, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Arrival Fee: If the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and a new deposit will be required.
6. Deposits
• Non-Refundable Deposits: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Deposit for Repeat Offenders: Clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay a larger deposit for future bookings.
7. Health and Safety
• Illness and Health Concerns: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious disease, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation without penalty, but repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
